and living 121 fallows rd. bham - mary jane precious 35 widow. (sister of samuel gardner) machinist tailoring b. bham
 
In Kellys there seems to be nobody of that name in the commercial section 1900- 1913, but in 1921:

I remember two sisters, Hazel and Elizabeth Precious, would have been born in the early 1940's, whose father was a builder and they lived in Dark Lane, Hollywood, near the Maypole, I believe.

I'm sorry that I have no more details, though.
