I have had mine for a while now, there were presentations all over the country, mine was at Sorbraon Barracks in Lincoln presented by the Military Attach from the Malaysian High Commission and a very nice affair it was.

Not really sure but I think there is a time limit for claiming and this may have run out.
 
I helped a friends cousin who had brain damage due to a stroke to get his Pingat Jasa medal, as far as i know there is no time limit to applying for the medal but it does take a long time to get through the system. Len.
 
At this time, no time limit, received mine yesterday in Rugby a good turn out and a good day :)
 
Do i have to call you Sir Dave now you have been decorated (Not with Emulsion or Wallpaper!!!) :D:D:D your obedient servant Valet Len.:P:P:D:D
