Perry Hall Home Farm Perry Mill Farm

Obviously a dairy farm. A neighbouring business in the background has a sign (through the trees) which I think might read: "Andrew's Floors". Just a guess.

The farm is shown (yellow dot) on the map below, alongside the Old Millrace. Not very far away from Birchfield Road and Wellington Road. Perry Hall is in the top left corner of the map.

The Libary of Birmingham record for the image in post #1 states:

"Description:View of the Home Farm, Perry Hall, Perry Barr, from a postcard postmarked 4th August 1913. Formerly known as Perry Mill Farm, the name was changed when the farm was rebuilt around 1900. Immediately behind the cows the farmhouse itself can be seen."

Here's the farmhouse, photo from the Library of Birmingham with the accompanying text:

"Description:The farmhouse at Perry Hall Home Farm, Perry Barr, taken from a postcard and showing the front. The farmyard and all associated buildings are situated to the right, behind the farmhouse."
