Re: John Leonard Paul

Thanks for those Wendy. The Key Hill buriels are all close family, but I think the Warstone Lane one's are another family (more than likely related, but not in my tree). Now I'm going to see if anyone knows my grandmother's family (Streeter).

Re: John Leonard Paul

Hi Wendy,
I know that you are a volunteer at Key Hill Cemetery and you have passed on some very interesting and valuable information. Fanny Florence Paul married James Walton then later Ernest Vincent Bambury - we know nothing at all about the catholic cemetery in Birmingham but we have reason to believe she may have been buried there, can you assist at all. Many Thanks Vonni

Re: John Leonard Paul

Hi Diane,
All of these Pauls ! Muriel who was looked after by Maud Mackie Nee Paul was my husbands mother. Her own mother Fanny Florence Paul died very young. Fanny Florences' Dad was William Henry Paul married to Mary Frances Luckman.
You have probably had all of this information from Cheryl. I saw the photos you sent they are really very interesting and l have added them to my own family tree.
Cheers for now.

Re: John Leonard Paul

It was actually the cemetery chapel. When the cemetery was taken over by the council it had fallen into disrepare and because of this it was decided to demolish it. It is so sad that this was done as you say it was a beautiful building. Another sadly lost in the 1960's.

If you want to locate any graves give me the names and dates of death and I will find them for you.
