Hi,

It is rather a long time in the past, but can any person confirm that there was a horse drawn omnibus depot situated in Alcester Street, (near the present day B12 OPY post code) in the year 1870?

I am about post a 'Pub' query relating to Alcester Street for the same year.

Many thanks, in anticipation.

There is a good book on Birmingham's Horse Transport which I have myself, it might have that information. I will look it up when I get a chance if someone doesn't get there before me....

By coincidence I was staying on Alcester Street a couple of weeks back!
