Can someone tell me anything about my great grandfather Hedley born c1863 in Birmingham or his sister Annie also born Birmingham c1857, married name Barker? I don't know her husband's first name, sorry.

Sister Annie Oliver married William Henry Barker in West Bromwich, Staffs
reference is 6d page 40, 3rd Quarter (Jul/Aug/Sept) 1877
Certificate available at West Brom Register Office (£7)
