Would Isaac Horton be the man that started Horton's Estates off ?I think this photo is 1860's. I have one similar and I know it is 1862. The Horton is Isaac Horton, who started off as a pork butcher and ended up building the Grand Hotel. Brilliant photo.
Could it be the housing estate namely Rickman Drive around mid to late 60's ?I don't know Stitcher but it looks a bit later to me.
