Hi
Sorry if this is wrong, I couldn't find how to start a new thread.
Anyway I wonder if anyone can help me here please.
An advert was placed in the Birmingham Gazette in 1839 for an auction for a pub called the 'Nothing at All'. The owner was going to a new pub called the The White Swan Inn in Navigation Street.
I cannot find any mention of these pubs or streets when I google.
In 1841 the owner (John Lowe) put this advert in the paper.

Lionel Copley was my ggggrandfather and I'm trying to find out what was going on.
There is no further information on searching newspapers on fmp.
Any pointers would be gratefully received.
Many thanks
Carol
