Nothing At All pub

Hi
Sorry if this is wrong, I couldn't find how to start a new thread. :(
Anyway I wonder if anyone can help me here please.
An advert was placed in the Birmingham Gazette in 1839 for an auction for a pub called the 'Nothing at All'. The owner was going to a new pub called the The White Swan Inn in Navigation Street.
I cannot find any mention of these pubs or streets when I google.
In 1841 the owner (John Lowe) put this advert in the paper.

Lionel Copley was my ggggrandfather and I'm trying to find out what was going on.
There is no further information on searching newspapers on fmp.
Any pointers would be gratefully received.
Many thanks
Carol

Carol, I'm sure that someone will pick up your request from this thread and they will have the answers to your questions. By way of a starter here is an early C20 map of Navigation St which is near to the main station in Birmingham and clearly there is a pub half way along

Hi Carol

I didn't know this pub, never having used it myself, but it clearly was still there until the 1950's at least unless it was rebuilt at sometime.

Thank you so much for replying and I do apologise for not answering sooner. I thought I had ticked to get a message when someone answered. Either I didn't or it didn't work.
Still want to know what was going on with my gggreat grandfather.
