This is a lovely photo capturing a little girl playing with her pram in the road. She's placed herself inside the pram handle to pull it along.

I think I've found the location on Streetview, it's close to Selly Oak Road. The house behind the lampost on the left is shown in the second Streetview below and is at the junction with Selly Oak Road.
