I lived in malvern Hill Road and went to eliot street school my dad lived!!! In the white horse and the villa tavern I remember going to the church hall dance on long acre every week think it was a Wednesday not sure long long time ago late 60s. Worked at ASL eliot street for a while after leaving school then mom and dad moved to Saltley worst decision they ever made missed nechells so much. My schooldays were terrible we did not have lot of money and I was picked on all through seniors but I loved where we lived and when I left school had a brill life in nechells
