Can anyone identify this mystery advert from Wylde Green station please?

Just a bit to add to the folorn hope! The question was raised by an artist who is re-creating the postcard. It seems as though it's quite an old one as the lady on the far right has a long dress on. However, it's quite a modern design isn't it. The artist thinks it says Corporation Street under the design but I'm not so sure.

There is a picture from the opposite direction on Google images, but the advert is no clearer.

yes john who maybe made those railings...and i cant understand why an old st sign of corporation st would be placed at that railway station...but that does not mean to say that is is not

Just the place for Christmas Shopping 104 years ago (1 & 2 Below), their cheese cellar (3), inside the store in 1920 (4), their café (5), the cooked meat counter c.1920 (6) & a 1913 advert (7).

But what are the items in the advert? Tins of biscuits ? Boxes of chocolates ? A selection of cakes ? It doesn't look like a seasonal advert like for Christmas or Easter. My money's on chocolates.

An aside. One of Tolkien's haunts and gatherimgs for his Tea Club Barrovian Society. It was portrayed in the film 'Tolkien' - a film set of Barrows premises was built in Liverpool. The cafe was upstairs.

Chocolates are always a favourite, so that has a very good chance. How about tea though? Or perhaps their tuck boxes?

There are two other threads on the forum and the late lamented Sospiri posted a photo of an enamel sign which I feel is definitely promising.
