here are the records i can find at st. martins for your family.

marriage of william mole to ann rogers on 1 jan 1834. both of this parish and bachelor and spinster. witnesses were E. Rogers. M. Rogers and W Horton (i think!)

Just around the corner from where the amusement centre was is Mole Street, don't know if there is a connection or just one of those things!

hi dwilly
to be quite honest i cannot say about mole street all that i know was raymond mole was sibbling there at the amusement arcarde was where i said it was
to be honest i past there yesterday with my son in the car the signs are down and severe alterations are being done to it
but as i knew personaly ray i wondered what would he be up to today and where he would be presuming he may be still alive
i know the first corner before you reached the arcade was palmerston rd by the church how do i know that it was many years ago in my younger days i worked for dyno rod and that there was there base but walking to the arcade and i am trying to get my mind back in transition of the period it may be the first corner of the street as you walked past the shop down walford rd and it may have been it and i think it was but from thirty or more backits a new housing develoment and a new avenue and a new name but it well may have been one of our experts can confirm whether or not it was mole street i will off the top of my head will go aheadf and say yes to that but i do not know of any family connections personaly
as i am tapping in now i can actualy visulize ray and his broad nose and his speech the way he spoke in conversation he was a big bloke in stature astonian
