Missing tipton Family in 1861

I would really appreciate an extra pair of eyes on this one...I have
George Hartland B1830 Tipton
Elizabeth " B 1829 Tipton
Jonah B 1952
Emily B 1854
Joseph B 1856
Possibly Louisa and George B 1861.

In 1871 and 1881 they are in Foxyards, Tipton . But I cant find them anywhere in 1861???

I can't seem to relate the birth dates of the children to any entries in freebmd. Do you have the details of the marriage of George and Elizabeth.
 
I have now found some in Tipton on Westmidlandsbmd,org.uk.
Emily in 1853
Josephs in 1855 & 56
Louisa in 1858
George in 1860

can't find a Jonah
 
Hartland births/baptisms father George mother Elizabeth.
St Thomas, Dudley

Jonah b. 13th Sept 1851 bap. 24th Dec 1854
Emily b. 7th Oct 1853 bap. 24th dec 1854

George b. 23rd June 1860 bap. 19th May 1872
Moses b. 9th Feb 1870 bap. 19th May 1872

George Hartland married Elizabeth Morris in 1852. So they must be on the 1861 census somewhere. Ive tried all variations of the name I can think of.Elizabeth died and he remarried a Comfort Hickman( nice name for a second wife) in1885, and lived in foxyards right up to 1901.
