McGuire Phyllis of Birmingham & Canada

Brock

master brummie
Does anyone have a Phyllis McGuire who used to live in Birmingham & later lived in Canada in their tree?
In 1917 she used to live in Stratford Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham & by 1919 she had moved to live in Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham.
I have some wonderful old postcards which were sent to her & I thought that it would be nice to hand them back to family who were tracing the family tree to which she belonged.
Thank you.

I actually have some postcards that were sent to your grandmother when she lived in Birmingham in Sparkhill, Sparkbrook and Small Heath. Then in Nelson BC Canada. I got them in a thrift shop in Abbotsford B C when I worked there. I was offered a leaving gift when I left in 2015. You see I also lived in Birmingham, went to the commercial school in Sparkbrook, and later emigrated to Canada, lived in Nelson where my daughter was born, and later moved to Abbotsford where your Grandmother probably moved to as well. There were more cards that she had collected that came into the shop but I only took 21. One of them was from her mother. I will gladly send them to you. I have been trying to find their real owner for years.
