Well, the I.G.I. is showing that marriage for that date ( 3 Sep 1823) at St. Martin's Birmingham. Hope this is of help.

Was just hoping that perhaps someone like Wendy if she is online, may have the parish registers to hand and be able to help with parents names etc.

I may be wrong but I don't think those early records gave details of the parents names.
 
Hi Sparkhill Lad, Fay is right early records don't contain fathers names.
The extra info is they were both of the parish of St Martins he a batchelor she a spinster. He sighned with an X she her name. This was unusual as often if the husband couldn't sign the wife didn't either so not to show him up. The witnesses were William Harris and Alexander Sanders.
