Hello Mtnclmr. Richard Powell batchelor of the parish of St Thomas in the city of Bristol, and Mary Catherine Phillips spinster of this parish marriage by licence on 9th Sept 1813. Witnesses John Phillips and Peter Phillips.
 
Wendy - Would you be able to see if Gervase/Jervase Phillips was a witness to any marriages at Saint Martin?

Sorry the witnesses are not listed and there are 10 CD's sorry I don't have the time to trawl through them all.:)
