Hi

EDIT: Should be Cornelius HOLLINS

I wonder if someone with access to St. Martin's records would kindly look up the above marriage between Catherine Terry and Cornelius Hollis please. It supposedly took place on 29 Dec 1842. Catherine's father was William Terry.

Many thanks

Suzanne

hi suzanne, here are the details of the marriage (but catherines father was james).

29 dec 1842 cornelius hollins . of full age. bachelor. engine turner. mott street. matthew hollins . tool maker
catherine terry. of full age. spinster. hanley street. james terry. plater

they both signed their names and the witnesses were thomas stockley, and robert powell (a church official)

Hi Shera

Many thanks for that. It confirms this isn't my Catherine Terry as her father is definitely William.

Best Regards

Suzanne
