l'm having a problem trying to trace my gt/grandparents, l have found my gt/grandfather John Manning b1839 b Wellow Somerset & gt/grandmother Agnes Manning c1859 Wellow Somerset......l have not found a marriage certificate???...my g/mother Annie Elizabeth Manning c1878 Salisbury Wiltshire after the 1881 census l have lost track of my g/grandparents....l was told they ended up at Bristol but this l can'nt confirm , it all seems a great mystery,annie elizabeth married my g/father William Joseph Barrc1902 in Aston........any help would be greatly appreciated Brenda

Is it the John Manning / Agnes Thomas marriage 1st quarter 1868 at Bristol (volume 6a page 70)?

William Joseph Barr / Annie Elizabeth Manning marriage 4th quarter 1901 Aston vol 6d page 803.

The certificates will give proof & more details.

Hi Brenda - I'd suggest a session on https://pilot.familysearch.org too. A quick look revealed Annie Elizabeth Mannings was baptised 26 Oct 1879 to John & Agnes in Fisherton Anger which is now part of Salisbury

Thank you Sera for searching for me, yes you have my g/parents info correct.....LLoyd your info sounds good but on the 1881 census it states Agnes Mannings age as 22yrs so l don't think it could be my gt/grandmother, Agnes being born in1859,.......Aidan you have the correct info on my g/mother annie elizabeth mannings,now all l want is a marriage date on my gt/grandparents John and Elizabeth Mannings...l will get with family search and see if they can come up with something.....l can'nt find a trace of them in the 1991 census , thank you all Brenda
