Looking for Judy Bell (Judy Badger)

I wonder if anyone knows of, or remembers, Judy Bell who married Alfie Badger and lived at 29 Sefton Road on the Edgbaston/Ladywood border. She was my sister's best friend, but, sadly, they lost touch many years ago. My sister, Pam, is now 87 and suffering from memory loss. I would love to be able to make contact with Judy in the hope that the two of them could reminisce about the happy days they spent together in their youth. Many thanks.
