Leah & Joseph Jarvis and Family.

Yvonne Lay

proper brummie kid
I am looking for decendants of Leah & Joseph Jarvis of the Harborne/Smethwick area of Birmingham. Leah was the daughter of Bernard Miall Jarvis and Mary Maria Harding. Joseph was the son of Bernard's brother John William Jarvis and his wife Elizabeth of Derbyshire.

Leah and Joseph had 10 children.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Yvonne Lay.

Hi

Are these the people you are interested in?

Hannah L Jarvis (on the 1891 census she is Hannah L B1889 and on the 1901 she is Leah)
married 1911 Kings Norton JAS Quarter 6c 970a
Joseph O Jarvis B1892 Derbyshire (Joseph Oswald in 1901 census)

Possible births with MMN as Jarvis
Frederick H Jarvis 1911 KN
Iris E Jarvis 1915 KN
Nora U Jarvis 1918 KN
Can't see any more but also can't seem to pin them down on the Bham electoral rolls either so is it possible they moved to Derbyshire?:)

Hello Suzanne,

Yes these are the family. Thank you. I have the children etc. We are looking for decendants of them. They lived at 267 Queens Road, Smethwick.

I appreciate you being in touch and taking the time to look them up for me.

Thank you very much,

Leah and Joseph lived at 267 Queens Road, Smethwick in the 1920's. They lived in the district most of their lives.

It is their grandchildren we are trying to find.

Thanks,
