Not sure which chapel this is and its location, there are these two possibilities. but really not sure:

Ladywood Primitive Chapel Morville Road. The 1885 and 1913 Ordnance Survey maps show the chapel on the south side of Morville Street, just west of the junction with Ruston Street. It has a long, narrow footprint.

Or

184 - 186 St Vincent Street West, currently a more modern building.

1900 Kelly’s gives Primitive Methodist Church at 98 Moreville Street.
