Yes...... Oscar was French but I don't know if he'd have used that fact as any kind of selling point back in those days.

Might anyone know when the KHC roundabout was built? Chat GPT suggests it might have been around 1971 about the time the ring road was finished, also wondering if anyone might know why or when the 2 pubs, Oscar's restaurant and the other buildings were demolished as the spaces they once occupied are still there by the looks of it?
