I beleive copyright doesn't cease with the photographers (or artist's) demise, but carries on 70 years after their death. Eric
Here are a couple of photo's the one taken inside the Chapel was given to me given a few years ago sorry if it's copyright. I also have the inscriptions from the tablets around the walls of the Chapel......it would be nice to know what happened to them.
The second photo is an early stereo photo which I own. I have no problem in people using it as long as any profit goes to the cemetery.![]()
Wendy Do you know when the last photo was taken it looks in the foreground like the vicinity where our ancestors are now neighbours? I remember the Chapel/Temple as being an offwhite colour maybe creamish in the 50's---if my memory is correct. Carrying lead lined coffins was a hazard I remember the poor chap at the head end of my grandads coffin slipping and nearly going down as they went up a side path from the route up to th Chapel site---would of been the end of that poor chap had they lost it altogether!!! Regards David
Slightly off thread - for those who walk oe cycle on canal towpaths, you often get rows of bricks part way up the slops by Locks or small bridges over side arms of the canal - Bit os a nuisance on yer bike, but handy if walking or if you're a 'orse!
You also get them by the lock gates - very handy when you pushing the open or shut - to get a grip against!

Thanks for the pics, Wendy. I had never seen the inside. I notice that the seating is at right-angles to the lectern, can't help wondering why (I never can). Perhaps everyone who attended a service there left with a pain in the neck.
