Can anyone remember the name of the indian restaurant at the Swan shopping centre Yardley in the 70s,it was underneath the Cavendish Night club on Coventry Rd.
 
Names always stump me i remember going there but have no clue of the name
 
Can't remember the name of the curry house, but we used to go to the Cavendish to watch the group BANDY LEGS.
Used to play a lot of MUD'S songs, very good they were too.
 
It was the Kashmir Restaurant at 1562 Coventry Rd under Bloomers Disco in the Tivoli Centre
 
One of our old haunts! Great place after a few bevvies or six....but when the Nightclub Baileys was thereabouts?...

Thanks for that Phil. Good subject for a quiz. Name the Indian Restaurant or take away and where it is or was?. Jean.
 
Great to know the name again ,spent many happy hours in the Cavendish then afterwards in the curry house till about 3 in the morning followed by a long walk home to Acocks Green.
