When we were kids, if we used scissors my mom would always warn us to be careful by saying 'Joyce Fisher's eyes. She lived in Small Heath. Does anyone recognise this saying or know where it comes from?

perhaps it was some-ne whom slipped and stabbed her self in the eyes may be an neibour or some-think like that the only expression i have ever heard and i beleive is still now and then used today is ;
