Trying to find out any info of the proprietor of the Birmingham Panorama at https://forum.birminghamhistory.co.uk/showthread.php?t=31354&p=327975#post327975

I am reasonably certain of his death & Burial age 49 in 1821 (St Mary's Whittal St) but nothing else.

I noticed that there were many different marriages of a John Parker in St Martin's in the likely frame 1790-1820 on IGI and I wondered if the actual records for these show a middle name of H or Henry?

Is there any births of children with father of John H Parker in this timescale?

Any help most appreciated

ive had a look at the marriages 1790-1820 but there are quite a few john parkers and no middle name or initial. it seems very rare for any middle name to be listed and i havent seen any with initial. the same applies to birth records, so sorry i cant help on this one

Not really adding anything, but note that john Parker is listed in the Wrightson's directory
1815 & 1818 Parker J. H. Panorama, New-street
Mike

They both list it exactly as i have put it, with nothing else added. If you want a scan i can give it to you.

Ok - thanks Mike - It is not critical but there is just something about an old Document, also would be of interest about what category it is placed in and what adverts if any are on the page

Not listed under any category, just the name, and no adverts within several pages of it . this is 1815.

Thanks Mike, That's great. Were there any earlier Directories, say around 1804-1810 and if so do they mention a Panorama owner? (Maybe a Barker)

The only other oneI have is a 1777 one, and this was too early. The problem is also that, with earlier directories , because of the poor quality of the printing, a computor search of the pdf often doesn't bring up a word you search for, even though if you look for (say) Parker, then you will find it.
