yes I saw that record, Nichola is Nicholas a male and is married to Marietta (Maria) iommi so I don't know how Giuseppe is related, maybe a sibling.. at one point Nicholas was living at duddeston row. there two giuseppes, both came over from southern Italy and only one death under Giuseppe yommi... the first photo is 100 percent my great grandad as its from family, but now im confused there seems to be another one who was alive after 1927The artists model is on the 1939 register at 169 and 171 Booth Street living with Marrieta Iommi b 1898, Nicola Iommi b 1887, and Wiliam Mitchell b 1915
If you want I will post it when I put my laptop on.
It’s says he’s a former floor layer… also on the census with Maria his wife it says cement work. So I’m guessing I have the right Giuseppe.Just a thought. What occupation does it have on Giuseppe's death certificate?
i take it its the 39 record you want...if so here it isyes I saw that record, Nichola is Nicholas a male and is married to Marietta (Maria) iommi so I don't know how Giuseppe is related, maybe a sibling.. at one point Nicholas was living at duddeston row. there two giuseppes, both came over from southern Italy and only one death under Giuseppe yommi... the first photo is 100 percent my great grandad as its from family, but now im confused there seems to be another one who was alive after 1927
please do post
yes Maria is my grandaunt. 1911-1913 Giuseppe's daughterThere is an earlier Maria:
could this be an earlier relative or perhaps the death date is incorrect?
yes I ordered a digital copy of her death certificate this morning and it says married to Giuseppe iommi (artist model)So the Maria in All Saints and later Rubery Hill is the one married to the Artist Model as it says she lived at 17?

Ive never seen that census if you wouldn't mind posting all of itOn 1921 census Giuseppe and Maria with children Albert and Anthony are at 25 Duddeston Row.
He is listed as a Floor layer so I assume you have the right death cert.

wow than you now I have all his other childrenOn 1921 Felice and Angelina are at 24
Presumably form filled in by son

This is fantastic, Ive never seen his other children. Thankyou so much, im going to add it all to my tree.. Ive been searching so long I only had two children of his
My membership has ran out on ancestry, but I definitely have never seen that census. only 1911 1939 and 1955 in particularThese were on Ancestry but would also be on FMP.
Where do you search?
Ah that's why Ive never seen it then. I guess it was different in 1955 but I have a few saved documents with names and locations from that year.1921 census was released in 2021 on FMP but only came on Ancestry recently.
Not sure what you mean by 1955.
yes you're right, I had Hilda down and worked out that they could not be Felice children because of their ages, so ive listed them both under Giovanni and Lucia children. Am I right that Lucia is Lucia Lancia? before marriage. Ive actually found where Hilda is buried, she married into Groves surname, divorced and then married a Liveley. On the 1921 census Giovanna (I think that's right) is Felice's son bu tthe Alfred listed as son and Hilda as daughter are the children of Giovanna and Lucia (maidenn name Lancia)

Oh that is interesting then about West Brom, I thought perhaps they had moved out. I have added so much info to my tree now its greatThe birth records I posted list Mother's maiden name as Lancia. So it seems extremely likely Pasquale is her brother.
I think Giovanni filled in the form. Put his Dad (Felice as head) and himself as son, plus Lucia as daughter in law then listed the rest as how they related to him
Back then parts of present day Birmingham came under West Brom. I had problems with that at one stage
Two observations which you may have already seen.
Firstly there appears to be a marriage reg. for a Felice Jommi and an Angela Quadrini in Bham Dec 1900. Would this be Felice and Angelina and would it possibly mean that Angelina is not the mother of Felice's children.
And secondly, the Frank Musticone (various spellings) listed as a boarder of Felice on the 1921 census may possible be related to him as well as being the brother of Frank/Frengo Iommi's wife. Frank Musticone's mother, Maria, appears to be an Iommi. Maybe Felice's daughter
