Hughes Evelyn Margaret

Closest relatives to Evelyn would probably be cousins, children of Christina's 3 surviving brothers but all likely to be older than her.

Also I would say now that Michael Onslow Bryant is almost certainly Evelyn's son as her grandmother (Thomas Hughes' mother) was an Elizabeth Onslow.

1911 Christina is still at Stamford Road with Dorothy but no sign of Evelyn. I assume she would have been in nurses accomodation but haven't found her so far.

Not really relevant but...

Evelyn's maternal grandfather was a John Reading, a jeweller, and seems to have been well to do. His death in 1886 was reported in the papers. He lived on Ravenhurst Road (Ryde House) Harborne. He left nearly £5000.

And her paternal grandfather was an Ellis Hughes from Bodvean, Caernarfonshire. He had a sister called Sidney, however when he named his daughter (born Bham) after her I think the accent may have been a bit tricky to understand because she was registered as Ann Sudnay, as was his grand daughter.
