Hello

Doing family tree and have out my Great Great Great Grandfather Robert Turner born approx 1806 Hinkley Leicestershire.
Was a Hotel Keeper don't know what that means and also don't know where please help.
On his Daughter's marriage certificate it states he was a hotel keeper, she was born in New York so i don't know if it was over there

Many Thanks;)

Minnie, he was most likely to be an Innkeeper:)

Where did you get the Hotel Keeper from.

I found Robert Turner in 1851 census as a Brass Founder the in 1861 as a Butcher then I couldn't find him in 1871 or 1881 cesus.

Where did you see him as an Hotel Keeper?

I saw he was married to an Elizabeth and then a Patience.
