Horse Fair

This was when the Horsefair was known as Brick Kiln Lane (photo c1870s/80s). It shows the junction with Staniforth Street.

Brick kiln lane and Staniforth Street are close to the Old Central Fire Station. The horsefair is down connected to Bristol Street. I have the photo labelled as the corner of Brick kiln lane and Staniforth Street, so that is probably correct
