Herbert John Lovegrove

My great great Uncle John Lovegrove Herbert(originally from Appleford, Berkshire) seems to have been married in Birmingham in 1892 but died in 1894. Any ideas of how I could find out if there were any children from this marriage? Sorry if this is a silly question with an obvious answer. I am still a Family history 'newbie'! Karenanne

Re: Children of John Lovegrove Herbert

No, I'm just presuming the BMD entry relates to him because of the middle name and the fact that he had moved to Birmingham by 1891. Do you think getting the marriage certificate is what I should do next?

Re: Children of John Lovegrove Herbert

Found him in 1891,living in Aston, been a barman.

Re: Children of John Lovegrove Herbert

Hi

If you look at the 1891 census and the marriage index there is a possibility he married Ann Maria Griffiths who is head of household but listed as Ama (sic) M Griffiths and a widow in 1891.
Just a thought?
