Henry Blackham, musician

My gt.grandfather's nephew Henry Blackham b. about 1854 - in 1891 (census) he's living Rupert St with wife Mary J. and in 1901 living 154 Inkerman St - he's still a musician. Can anyone help with what he played and where. A long shot I know! Also I can't work out relation he is to me.
If I'm in the wrong place - sorry.
Sheri

On the 1911 Census he's a double bass player still living with his wife at 154 Inkerman Street

Hi sospiri, thank you so much for the quick reply - I haven't got a 1911 suscription at present but I will be getting one soon.
At least I know what instrument he played - of course a lot hotels etc had live music in those days -
I don't quite understand how 'removed' works when it is a distant relation.
Anyway thank you,
Sheri
