Brand new series of Heir Hunters starts next Monday morning (3 March) on BBC1.
Ann I have to admit I watch Jeremy as it is my guilty pleasure, so I shall record Heir Hunters. Some kind friend bought me this for Christmas

In my recent experience Alberta onlya handful of relatives knew the fate and sad existance of the person who died intestate due to the hypocrasy and stigma of that era and the treatment of women at that time, without going in to details. Some beneficiaries were persuaded not to decline their inheritance by the heir hunter as the hunter would have to do more work and re distribute the money. You don't have to accept the heir hunter's offer and can do it yourself or you and I could set up an agency even. As long as we got it legally correct. The hunters told me that they would inform all the beneficiaries of the deceased life - but they didn't. They said the beneficiaries have to enquire about each other and then the hunter asks the various people if they want to speak to this or that relative. Load of tosh. If everyone had refused the legacy it would go to the state treasury. Had it have been a huge legacy the person who missed out would be in a position to sue the Heir Hunter.Don't watch Heir hunters any more, same old ,same old.
A good advert for the fact that everyone should make a will.
Fed up of hearing when told that an uncle /aunt/cousin etc has died, 'I wish I had kept in touch', doesn't stop you taking their money though does it mate which you wouldn't know about if it wasn't for the heir hunter company. Never say' don't really deserve this so I will donate it to charity' do they?
Give me Jezzer any day.But just one question, when the dental services for those on benefits are free why are so many of his guests toothless, LOL?
