Hayden Place, Vauxhall

Anyone have any idea where Hayden Place is? the spelling could be wrong but I believe in 1949 it's in the Vauxhall area of Birmingham
 
Could it have been Heddon Place that was part of the Ashcroft Estate that was built on the site of the old barracks off Vauxhall Rd between Windsor St and Barracks St?
