I think it is a reference to HS2 really but there are 2 football grounds, a church and a tall round building with a bull in a ring. All near a railway station. It’s very quick cartoon under the introductory music. Tinpot
Yes undoubtedly referencing Birmingham in the broad context of the HS2 sequence behind the opening titles. But the tall building isn't round, it is octagonal ... so, The Octagon not The Rotunda. Good spot Tinpot.
I didn't realise there was quite so much green space in the city! I also didn't realise St Andrews was so close to Villa Park. Nice for the second city to be featured though.
