Hanley Street

Hi all, greetings from Canada!
Does anybody have any pictures of Hanley Street (off Summer Lane) from the 60s or early seventies? We lived there from 60-69.
After my parents passed away, we went through all their old pics, but none from Hanley St. And, to be honest, I don't ever remember us having a camera, so it's not surprising there are no pics.

Regards,

Welcome to the site nik, I found this one that was already on this site as part of the 'Gosta Green through Duddeston' thread.
View attachment 18974click on the pic' and it will open and enlarge.
If you put Hanley in the search box at the top of the page and click the 'post button' rather than the 'Thread' button, you may find more also info' about the street.

Hi Mick. We lived at #55. My parents were Frank and Rita Gaskin. We lived there from about 61 until 69 when we moved to Perry Common. Dad worked at Eliott's up on Summer Lane, and Mom worked part time at the cafe on the corner of Cecil St.
