Hagley Road

I came across this image in the UK Photo and Social History Archive. It is labelled "House on the Hagley Road, 1920" From the image, it appears to be called Stafford House. Does anyone have any more information about this building? 1586788003452.png

Looks about 1900/1910 to me judging by the cab driver's boater (left) and the clothes of the lady pushing the bike. Surprising to see sheep being driven through there given how busy it must have been by that time. Can imagine a stray sheep or two making a run for it ! Wondered if they were being herded to Smithfield for slaughter.
