James and Annie Griffith,
1911 census living at 171, clifford st, aston.

Hi Steve, Annie and James are showing on electoral rool from 1920 to 1939, Annie is not on 1912 roll, could be that she was too young to vote?
By 1945, they were no longer there, the resident then was a Lillian Scott.

In 1912 women did not have a parliamentary vote, and therefore were not normally included in the electoral rolls, with a few exeptions forn women who held property over a certasin amount, and were, I believe , given some rights in local elections
