I watched a good couple of songs on the tube this afternoon , good for me I should say . Song 1 Sitting in The Park, song 2 Peaceful . Both by Georgie Fame , I had the pleasure of seeing him at one of the clubs in the 60's , he was as they say a very good turn , he was on for ages

I bet it was great seeing him in the 60s!!

I have great respect for him, he is both a good musician and a shrewd businessman. He's gone fairly quiet on the musical side, but perhaps he doesn't need to and both of his sons are musicians.

OMG I've been looking for that song for 33 years!
Another good toon is Bitter Fruit sang by Little Steven , if anyone has watched Soprano's Steven Van Zandt his real name acts as Silvio Dante
OMG I've been looking for that song for over 30 years!!! I heard it on the radio, it always stuck in my head and I've tried to find it ever since but I thought it was called Bitter Brew....I just don't believe it... You've made my day!!!

Here is something I don't really own up to , the year is 1984 . I don't know what month , the song was Jump by vVan Halen , boy oh boy did the floorboards take some bashing as I copied David Lee Roth leaps into the legs akimbo in mid air . My daughter regularly reminds me and asks me to show her how it's done . I'll have to limber the legs up a bit watch this space .

Lynn as Max Bygraves said let me tell you a story , late in the 80's Peter Powell on Radio One played this record regular on an irregular basis if you get my drift . I memorised the name and that was that some years later I was down the rag market and thumbing through one of the traders albums I picked up was Freedom No Compromise I looked at the tracklisting , there as true as god made little apples it was there Bitter Fruit , brilliant
