Hi All, Looking over old photos and came across some photos taken during the time my Grandmother was head of the Switchboard Team on the ground floor of the Girling Brake Factory in Tysely, Birmingham. Her name was Lily Cheshire, who is the lady on the left standing up.
It looks like some form of a training session. Team building ? My grandmother is on the phone in this one, Lily Cheshire. Hope you find them useful. May be able to name the people. I did also visit her work when I was growing up. We used to go to the Works Panto trips around Christmas.
