Anyone heard of this pub/inn/beerhouse ? Supposedly it was on Steelhouse Lane and run by T.Palmer. Viv.

how interesting janice...so it was still there in the late 50s...maybe we can find a photo of it and if mike spots this a map showing no 148 steelhouse lane would be good

That's lovely Janice! Sounds like a classy place with all those oil paintings etc. Can we pinpoint where 148 Steelhouse Lane was please (Mike!) ? Viv.

Thanks Mike. Didn't imagine it being there, I tend to forget Steelhouse Lane extended this far because of the later ring road alterations. Viv.
