I can't see a marriage for Matilda White and William/Henry/John Smith which may explain no baptisms.

Which might possibly make the Smith line the worst type of brick wall - uncertain forename, most common surname and a large city.

i could not find a marriage either mark which suggests they did not marry...as we all know a common thing back then...telling a few white lies to save face with the neighbours..my gt grandparents did it for 10 years until they decided to get married after having 4 children...then had another 4
