Fox and Goose Washwood Heath

Brummie
My earliest memory was catching a Tram from the Fox and Goose to city centre with my mother.
My next is the Baggott Island watching the Trams turn around on the Island as it had a turn table in the middle, Im not sure if its still there as all they seemed to do was fill it in or so it seemed.

I think you are confusing turning the tram with turning the pole, bobbyb. In these pics car 780 at Washwood Heath has a 'bow collector' which flipped over as the tram started to move in the opposite direction, whilst car 653 at the Bagot has a pole which the conductor would 'walk round' from one end to the other by a rope tied to it.
