Lyn your photo is labelled as Rear of #14 Florence Street in Library of Birmingham archives. They give an estimated date of 1956 - 1965(c). Wonder if that roof was corrugated iron from a WW2 air raid shelter.
thanks viv wonder if mike could mark out rear of no 14 for us...and yes its possible that the corrugated roof could have come from an old shelter..interesting about the making of forged coins
