Dad took us here and then us kids used to go there on our bikes...........The Concrete @ Barnt Green on the Worcester/B'ham canal...Bittell Resa behind the cottage......

I would tend to agree looking back from the present time, but this picture was from the 1970’s. They were all returned safely, unlike the foxes that were being hunted.

At that time there were an estimated 3 million undertaking the pastime, whereas it is estimated about 1.5 million now.
