First World War Brummie diary now on the web

Alan Tucker

master brummie
Tom Morgan has just posted my material on Captain Arthur Impey, 79th Bde, RFA on his Hellfire Corner web site(google Tom Morgan to find it). Impey lived in Longbridge and his brother was a co-founder of Kalamazoo.

Thanks Alan

I have added the pages to "my favourites" and will read it at my leisure.

Will you be on the Somme next weekend ?

Terry

No we have just crossed. I was on the Somme in high winds last Saturday with St Paul's RC Girls School, Edgbaston and back again last Tuesday with Enfield County School. I told Dawn at the Thiepval Visitors' Centre that you were coming out soon and might visit more often in future!

Alan

Thank you Alan for bringing the Tom Morgan site to my attention. I am interested in personal wartime recollections and this a fascinating collection for me to work through. Thanks again...arkrite.
