Eyles John 1830-1891 - who is in this photo?

Do you think Miss Mildred Hale was a relative who took over the shop?

She is listed as single on 1939 register and if English there is only one Mildred Hale that matches and she was born in Lydiard Tregoz, Somerset (no relation as far as I can see) but can't be certain.
 
In 1911 at the age of 20 Mildred Hale was working doing Dairy Work for her father who was a Dairy Worker. Fascinating how she came to be in Hurst Street but perhaps she was an assistant to Clara.
On the 1939 register she herself had an assistant cashier living at 48.

Being Clara's assistant, then taking over the business does seem to make sense.
