Derbyshire Archives provide the following information:
Surrender by Robert Whitehead blacksmith and wife Elizabeth and admittance of Thomas Beech of Bolsover surgeon and wife Mary, to reversion of piece of new inclosed land (1 acre) in Middle Field 10 May 1793
Surrender by the mortgagee and by Edward Hinde of Birmingham schoolmaster and wife Mary on behalf of Edward Hinde of Deritend, Warwickshire, gent and admission of Thomas and Mary Beech as in 3/3, to inclosed land called Lower Moor acres (5 acres), 2 and 11 Apr 1794.
Surrender by the mortgagee and by Edward Hinde of Birmingham schoolmaster and wife Mary on behalf of Edward Hinde of Deritend, Warwickshire, gent and admission of Thomas and Mary Beech as in 3/3, to inclosed land called Lower Moor acres (5 acres), 2 and 11 Apr 1794
This land is in Bolsover, Derbyshire and is identical to land associated with the Bolsover Hinde family.
Thomas and Mary Beech nee Smith lived Bolsover, Derbyshire, and I suspect that there is a connection between the Edward Hindes mentioned above and the Hindes of Whittington and Bolsover in Derbyshire.
Might there be a connection to the Hinde and Bolsover of the Birmingham Brewery?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Mike
