Doubt that this farm still exists in Edgbaston Road. Maybe it had a name (ie more specific than ‘the old farm’.

This may not be right but...The only farm I can find on Edgbaston Road is Edgbaston Mill Farm but the road does not seem quite right

The larger scale map from the 1880s would also seem to make it unlikely. It is then also called Edgbaston mill House

I can't identify where the building was located in Edgbaston Road, but here is another photo of it dated as 1892. And a painting by Warren Blackham that appears to be the same building .... identifying it as "Ball's House".
